Grand Condotel condominium has in its Common Area
Both a covered bicycle parking area and a secure bicycle storage area located
under the tennis courts.
The storage area is kept locked and is limited to a first come- first right
to use basis and is intended for co-owners that are away
for extended periods of
time. The key to the storage room is kept with the security guard in the main
lobby of the high rise and may not be copied. Please ask the security guard to
open the door to re-claim your bike.
The Bicycle parking areas are for
the exclusive use of the residents of the high rise and the low rise buildings
of the Grand
Condotel condominium. These are the private property of the Grand
Condotel condominium and are not a part of the mooban.

Lock stations are provided for the covered bicycle parking area.
Residents are requested to park their bikes in the designated bike
area and not to use the car park area for bikes or motor cycles.
