the area between the low rise and the high rise
the upper pool area
the front entrance
the north and south lawn areas.
the planters surrounding the tennis courts
Residents are free to enjoy the gardens during the day light hours. Residents using the lawns to exercise your pets you are required to clean up after them. The gardens are for the exclusive use of Grand Condotel condominium residents. The gardens are the private property of the Grand Condotel condominium and are not part of the mooban.
